1. What cookies are (quick version)

A cookie is a tiny text file your browser saves when you visit a site. On your next visit the site reads it back — that's how it remembers your preferences, keeps you logged in, or counts that you stopped by.

Cookies can't run programs, carry viruses, or read files on your device. They're notes, nothing more.

2. The cookies we actually set

• Cookie choice (bz-cookie-choice) — remembers whether you accepted or declined the banner on the homepage, so we don't ask every visit. Lasts 12 months.
• Session preferences — small bits of state the site needs while you browse, cleared when you close the tab.

That's the whole list. We keep it deliberately short.

3. Third-party cookies

A few external services on this site may set their own cookies:

• Google Maps — the embedded map on our contacts page is served by Google, which may set cookies to make the map work and to measure usage.
• Fonts & libraries — Google Fonts and our CDN-delivered frameworks are loaded from external servers that see standard request data (your IP, browser type).

We don't run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or social-media beacons.

4. Analytics

We look at aggregated, anonymised stats — which pages get visited, where traffic comes from, which trips get the most clicks. It tells us what to improve, and it doesn't identify you personally.

If you decline the cookie banner, we treat that as a "no thanks" to anything non-essential.

5. How to manage or delete cookies

You're in charge. Options:

• Our banner — decline it and we only keep the strictly necessary bits.
• Your browser — every browser lets you view, block or delete cookies (usually under Settings → Privacy). Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site like forms.
• Clear stored choices — deleting the bz-cookie-choice cookie brings the banner back so you can choose again.

6. Changes & questions
